I'm passionate about people, and figuring out ways to make things work better for them. I work at the crossroads of user research and implementation, where the focus is not only on building bridges, but building them where they ought to be built.
Studying Service Design at SCAD gave me the chance to discover my passion for exploring how humans interact with the world around them, and iterate on the experiences they have with other people, places, and things. My experience at IBM Design has given me the opportunity to challenge myself in unfamiliar territory, and solve complex software problems with a human-centered design approach. Now, my current work in an agency setting at Sutherland Labs revolves around using these skills to address and explore everyday problems across many different industries, with a focus on qualitative user research that drives value in the end user experience.
